Min JIN is now working as an Associate professor with over 20 years of experience in applied policy and environmental management issues at School of Environment and Natural Resources ( SENR) with Renmin University of China. She is also holding the positions of the member of SAC(Standardization Administration of China) / TC 297/ SC5, SAC/ TC 207/ SC6, SAC/ TC415, and the senior consultant of the Beijing Eco-industrial Parks Construction Committee under the administration of Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology. From Sep. 2009 to Aug. 2011, she acted the Chair of the Department of Environmental Economics and Management of SENR. Professor Min JIN’s research work has focused mainly on sustainable consumption, eco-tourism, eco-efficiency and environmental performance assessment, energy-efficiency, eco-planning, trade and environmental protection strategy, and the financial mechanism for the energy-saving and pollution-reduction economy in China, and once participated in or presided over various international research projects of ADB, CIDA,UNEP, EC,  APEC and UNCTD in the fields of trans-jurisdictional water management, eco-planning & environmental management of the coastal region, resource development and sustainable livelihood, sustainable consumption, energy-saving and environmental management of the industrial parks in China.
