Mr. Alex Fori has graduated in Pharmacy from Inga College (2011) and Master's Degree in Health Sciences from the State University of Maringa (2015) Brazil. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D in Health Sciences from the State University of Maringa, Brazil. He has experience in Microbiology with emphasis in Food Microbiology, working mainly in the following subjects: antimicrobial activity of substances of natural origin, microbiological quality control of milk and meats, bacterial biofilm, Salmonella spp. and Staphylococcus aureus. He is working on the expression analysis and bacterial protein identification, experience with antimicrobial activity of natural substances, quality control of milk and meat, biofilm of food pathogens, bacterial photodynamic inactivation, proteomics and antioxidant activity of vegetable tissues.
